You have likely spoken with Lacrecia Randell, the champion of our most pressing issue – the proposed neighboring wireless tower. Or maybe you saw the newsletter we made! Per the last Sweetwater Hills Townhomes HOA meeting, this is not a board issue. NNJ has also made that clear. However, as a community, we are certainly powerful!
AT&T is proposing the construction of a 35ā high mono eucalyptus tower. This is a cell tower that will look like a tree. They need a permit from the spring valley community planning group. The planning group wants this community to work with AT&T on a solution.
